Saxon Boulevard near Enterprise Road
In the Market Place shopping center (where the Kmart and Movie theater is), there are sometimes 2-4 police cars sitting somewhere in the parking lot. One is facing saxon blvd, the other towards the movie theater, and they are always there friday nights

The reason they hang out there on friday nights is due to all of the young kids that go to the movies and then walk around the parking lot, usually doing stupid stuff. They would pull someone over who is driving by why they are waiting for the call that one of the kids have gotten into a fight, etc.
