Scenic, between Oakdale road and Claus road
Mostly this area is patrolled by motorcycle units with the officer hiding on the side street by the church or at the corner of Scenic Bend where the lanes merge into one lane. They seem to like that one particular area and will use any of the side streets that put them in view of that area.
