After a downhill where my car picked up speed. I was in the process of slowing my car down coming up from the downhill. Motorcycle officer waiting right where he can’t be seen until you’re right on top of him. Said he clocked me at 45 in a 35. He couldn’t even tell what make my car is but I have to believe he can read a radar gun. He didn’t have anything in his hands. This happened today on the way to their civic center. This behavior will certainly cost the city more revenue because groups won’t want to sponsor use of the civic center if their visitors are subject to being caught in a speed trap. I know for sure, our organization won’t. That’s a $4000 loss for them.
