Columbia County marked car will park in gravel service driveway alongside the power substation. Unsuspecting motorist cruises around bend in Schwantz road having just had the speed limit drop from 35 to 25 when northbound, or 45 to 25 when southbound. Usually only manned during rush traffic to and from Madison.
