Heading south uphill on Scona Rd towards 99 Street or Saskatchewan Drive, a van sits on the right side in the grass behind either a sign or bus stop shelter. The location is in front of the Old Timer’s Cabin. There is a pedestrian crosswalk nearby but a three traffic light system had been installed there a few years now keeping pedestrians quite safe as needed. Still the van sits there flashing merrily.
