Scotts Valley Medical Clinic on El Rancho Drive near HWY 17
For the past 30 years this has been a favorite speed trap for Scotts Valley Police at night. They park in the driveway of the medical building and catch speeders coming off Highway 17 onto Mt. Herman Rd where the speed limit drops quickly to 35 MPH
