SE Snoqualmie Parkway

Snoqualmie, WashingtonMay 28, 20032 Comments

The entire length of Snoqualmie Parkway from SR-202 to I-90 is ridiculously underposted at 35 mph for a 4 line divided road. The sidewalks are set back 10 yards with a grass median on each side. Traffic flow along this stretch is generally 45 mph where locals know they can get away with it, but the downhill stretches in each direction are patrolled regularly by the Snoqualmie City Police.

Be especially aware east of Center Blvd. down toward SR-202 where the new home construction is taking place.

Comments:
Update: 2010 Current Speed limit is 30 MPH from I90 interchange to about a mile or so up the hill. Then it changes to 40 mPH the rest of the way to SR202. It is heavily patrolled. The Police station is midway along the stretch at Douglas. If you are doing 50, you will get stopped. Careful if you head east on SR202 towards snoqualmie, it is back to30MPH for a good stretch thru town. Wife has been pulledover several times.
