Three times in one week during my lunch hour while driving south on Sepulveda just north of its intersection with Rosecrans Ave I observed a motorcycle cop pull motorists over for what I assume is speeding. I have witnessed this many other times. The problem is that these motorists are travelling as the same speed as the flow of traffic. Sepulveda is several lanes wide at this point and people tend to drive a good 10-15 mph over the limit here. Watch out! The cop usually sits on the west side of the road waiting to pick off the south-bound traffic. He sits in a gated off driveway.
