service road Loop near State Highway 10
When going from Champlain bridge south to Hwy 15 south, on the service road, multiple cars with foot officers, they tag you as you go from the exit to the service road. They are there every morning from 7 to 9. spped limit is 50Km/h and normal trafic speed is between 70 and 90Km/h. They will stop you for every thing over 61Km/H, and they give maximum $ fine always.
