Service Road near Grand Avenue
County Police sits on the service road right off Rt. 4 West after Riverside Park Mall. They will direct you to pull over for not having the the seat belt on, using the cell phone or for not coming to a complete stop at Grand Ave. Avoid going though this service road if possible.
