SH 90 in Anderson, Tx.
When you enter Anderson traveling North on SH 90, the speed limit abruptly drops from 70 MPH to 55 MPH then to 45 MPH – less than a quarter of mile. A DPS trooper will regularly wait over a hill in the 45 MPH area and will pull over cars rght and left.
