Just as you get into Scottsdale right past the church on the right, heading eastbound on Shea Blvd, There is a photo radar van sitting parralell to Shea on a side street. The speed limit is 45 then it drops down to 40, they normally put the van right were it drops down. Some times after dark a police car sits in the church parking lot, clocking people’s speed. I once saw a police car sitting past the van in the YMCA parking lot, and once the van was sitting right across from the YMCA getting west bound traffic. I set my cruise to 40 right when I hit 64th Street, and keep it that way till I hit Scottsdale Road.
