Speeding on Sheridan road. From my personal experience having been on the job in Kenilworth I can tell you that yes, that area is enforced as it should be, however It is not a trap in any fashion. I would allow up to 10-12 miles over before I would write a citation. Stop a speeding car? If I had stopped every car that went 2-3 miles an hour over the posted limit of 30mph I would be there 24 hours a day. That area is only 5 blocks long.
