Limit drops from 45 to 35. Squad car waits off highway at Lakeside Amusement Park. This is almost daily, most hours of day and night.

I had gotten a ticket speeding I did not have my insurance card in the car , did have insurance but he took my lic. and towed my car all for a speeding ticket ! Wrote a letter to the city and they have yet to write back .
