Many cars anticipating the change in speed start to accelerate just before the hill and by the time they crest the hill the officers have a radar reading that you are exceeding 50 kms. This ticket is accessed less than 100 feet from the posted 80 km speed limit and nabs cars while they are transitioning from city driving to country road.
