Skyway Parkway
Skyway traveling W/B from the Paradise area passing Chico City Limits sign. There will be a Chico Police car parked on the side of the road with radar. They try to get you locked in before you can lower your speed down from 55 MPH to 30 MPH once inside of Chico. They are using cars with no lightbars and motorcycles.

This person continues to write the same misinformation on all of their posts. The posted speed limit is 55mph all of the way down the hill from Paradise.It only drops 5mph(to 50) before the last turn coming into the flat area of the Skyway above Honey Run Rd. It then only drops another 5mph (to 45) near the city limits sign (not the stated 30mph). When coming into town it is only smart to start dropping your speed when coming to intersections controlled by traffic lights. The "speed trap" that you refer to is just to keep those of us safe that you blast past on this stretch of road.
