This is NOT a speed trap. They are busting yahoos who do not obey the signs that are posted. NO RIGHT turns between 4pm - 6pm. And they are also getting those who decide to pass everyone on the right shoulder to get past people waiting in line to get onto the freeway or across the bridge.

There is also in that same corner driving north on Citrus, two lines on the ground that look like they are dividing two lanes. If a person takes the right lane the officers stop you and give you a ticket and that is when you realize that those white lines are not dividing the pavement they are just moving the traffic into one lane. The funny thing is that when crimes happens in Fontana the police officers are too busy doing that kind of "work" and no time to catch criminals.
