Snelling Avenue near Fairmount Street
The St. Paul police seem to saturate this area from 10 AM to 1 PM. I was cited for going 10 miles over limit (going northbound) but the nearest speed sign was fifteen blocks further south (Snelling and Niles) than the ticketing area and has a different posted sign. From this sign to the next posted sign there are 26 city blocks!
