Soboba Casino Crossing near Ramona Expressway
Ramona Expressway at Lake Park. As you go over the bridge towards the casino, the speed limit drops by 15 miles per hour, coming off the bridge on a down slope. Police are usually in the entrance to the mobile home park, sometimes a motor officer is at the base of the bridge on the left also.

The speed limit on Lake Park Dr is the same from Ramona Expressway to Soboba Road. They even INCREASED the speed limit a few years ago.
