On Soledad just pass the Saugus speedway where the limit goes from 50 to 40 and you go around the slight bend. The Sheriff’s Dept has a motor officer sitting in the parking lot where the paeso begings (or ends)

Absolutely right, enforcement is heavy here; and they sit motorcycle officers on the jogging path on the north side of Soladad all the time.
