This is a speed trap. I drive by Rosebud many times and I got caught by it. Like the original statement said, it goes from 60 to 45 to 35 in the blink of an eye. If you don't see the 45, you're screwed. I had a lady cop get me and she was sitting right behind the 35 MPH sign.
