South Avenue near Park Avenue
There is a little path that leads from the Park Ave. School down to South Ave, where the stone wall curves inward. During school hours, but more like when the high schoolers are getting out between the hours of one thirty pm to three pm, there is often a police car sitting there waiting to snipe anyone. The speed limit is thirty mph.
