police car sets on south side off University overpass bridge invisible to south bound traffic.(north bound traffic are the only ones who can see this)officer leans out of car resting on bridge railing shoting south bound traffic. police cars making stops are hiding behind the bridge abutements and bushes on the entrance ramp from the Chrysler complex on east side of I-75.
