This trap is in a school zone. When you are headed north on Congress, you will pass Oltorf. Approximately 500 Fort north of this intesection is Fulmore Elementary School. There is an apartment complex right across the street from Fulmore, and there is a covered drive-through area in front of the complex. 2-4 motorcycle cops will hide in this little area, picking off people N.- and S. bound as they pass by. I see a cop 4 out of 5 days as I head to work this way M-F.
