South Dexter Street Street near Vasquez Boulevard Boulevard
At this intersection Commerce City police monitor all the time. Currently they have been enforcing the right turn only sign at Dexter to turn Right onto 60th Avenue. Problem, the signage is in violation of Federal Statutes. The DOT has promised to fix. But, the CC police still write tickets even though they know the tickets are unlawful because of the signage issues. The signage can not be confusing and the Traffic Court Judge is on record stating that the intersection is confusing and lacks the usual markings and signage, except for one sign directing drivers into the Wendy’s parking lot.
