A motorcycle cop radars from a slightly raised parking area of a day care center. Since it is raised, it makes visiblity virtually impossible. Everyone that I office with has been stopped by this officer. He’s not too pleasant either. Also, he’s at the bottom of a hill. Your car naturally rolls down at 45, while the speed limit is 35.
