This is a speed trap. As stated cops tend to sit here on top of hills with their laser guns. They use strategies to prove you were speeding when you are following along the flow of traffic which is fast. It's one of those spots where people tend to increase their speeds because they may have crossed the Georgia Florida line recently. You might driving in the 80s mph but you will get a 90 mph something charge.
