South Guernsey Road near Old Baltimore Road
On the portion of S Guernsey that runs between State Rd and Old Baltimore Pike, there’s often a police car sitting on Columbine Rd (the back entrance to West Meadows)
I’ve seen this car probably 40% of the time I travel on this road, and I know a few people who have gotten caught.
