Others here have already denoted the citations given for exceeding the posted limits INSIDE the city limits. This is for the area of 231 SOUTH of Youngstown. Occasionally, but DEFINITELY during prime vacation periods (4th of July/etc.) the F.H.P. runs an airplane clocking vehicles via the WHITE LINES that bisect both lanes….generally, one will see THREE lines per "set", since they may use the distance from the second line to the third line to "verify" your speed. At any rate, approx. 2 miles or so down the road, you will see 3-5 Trooper cars on the side of the road, with an officer out in the middle of 231, picking out the "dangerous criminals" and signaling them to pull over for their complimentary $160+ SPEEDING TICKETS!!! Beware!
