South of the Borough on PA Rt. 316
Township LEOs use either VASCAR to a set of painted lines or their new ‘toy’ of the sticks along the shoulder that measure your speed. Speed limit changes three times from the borough line to the Maryland border. Through this stretch the speed limit is 45 mph.

I've encountered "Enradd" device used in this spot, clocking cars heading south at 4 A.M. in darkness. The marked car sits up on Goods Dam Road ( a real road name BTW ). The white Enradd forks are placed just after a steep downhill drop about 1/2 mile before Goods Dam Road.
Enradd can be researched online and challenged in court as the maker also certifies its accuracy/calibration.
If the officer stops you after you cross the Maryland line, go to court...
