South on Hyw 101 at bottom of hill appoarching "old town"
Posted speed limit is 25 mph but you can easily pick up speed going down the hill. Police car sits in parking lot at the bottom of the hill just north of The Station Restaurant, day and night. Especially bad for out-of-staters but often used to check for insurance violations and non-licensed drivers.

I live in Bandon. The speed limit all through town on 101 is 30mph, not 25. Only exceptiion is small area where Oregon's school zone limit of 20mph applies, and it is posted.
