Officer sits on get on ramp out of clear sight Targeting out of state plates after I was ticketed officer passed me in a work zone south of where I had been stopped. My cruise set at 55 for the work zone. I had rented a truck with a North East plate after I went online to seek an attorney I learned by looking at reviews from the attorneys in that area that 98% of the people that was ticketed had plates from that same area. This is definitely considered targeting and selective ticketing, and officer said that was a active work zone and it was posted. I did exercise my right and ask to have a traffic engineering study. My ticket was dismissed this county needs to be investigated further.
