South State Street near South Neil Street
State street is a one-way southbound that is two streets west of Neil. I got nailed on a weekday morning travelling 40 in a 30. I believe it drops down from 35 to 30 as you get further south from a business area into a residential area. Champaign Police Department wrote the ticket.
