South street headed west and the riverbed before Studebaker
As you are excellerating up the hill, you discover the motorcyle cops tucked in the driveway to the right. They are not visible until you get to the top.

I drive this street every day. You CAN see the motorcycle cop long before he get's you on radar if you know where to look. The speed limit is 40 MPH. He won't tag you if you are doing 45 but I wouldn't go any faster than that. I always acknowledge him when I drive by. And there are often two of them.
That location should read "Heading East on South Street, as you go over the riverbed just before Studebaker".
