South Street near W. Market Street
Warren police take advantage of senseless 25 mph limit on 4-5 lane main through-street. Any time of day, but be particularly careful 11PM-3AM. Hot spot at intersection where W. Market veers and South St. begins, from Hot Dog Shoppe on W. Market, and usually sitting in a car lot on south side of South St. at bottom of hill just east of intersection.

5-6 weeks ago, 10:30pm on a Saturday night, I got a ticket right where you stated the trap is. No sign stating speed limit from E. Market until you pass the carpet dealer on the right heading towards the hot dog shoppe/Tod Ave.
