Southbound 101 from Golden Gate Bridge just after the tunnel by the Presidio
Both CHP and San Francisco police work this one at the base of the hill coming out of the Presidio Tunnel onto 19th Ave. Early morning pre-dawn they hide under cover of darkness working the radar and you cannot see them due to the tunnel abutments. It is clearly a trap.
