Southbound After Exit 99
There is a long straight stretch of highway leading to exit 99. Very shortly after exit 99 there is sometimes a tan SUV or a black Dodge Charger on the side of the road containing a police officer with a laser gun.

Uh,fellow operators here I,obviously, have not driven the major length of highway 395..If I had I would not have made the bone-headed query regarding an old(Nov.15,2012) post regarding exit 99 Southbound on that highway.My,belated,apology.
