Southbound BW Parkway (295) and Rt 197
About 1 mile from the merging of southbound I-295 (Baltimore Washington Parkway) and MD-197, is a ditch between the line of trees between NB and SB 295. There is a trap that’s there between 9:00am and 10:45am monitoring the southbound lanes. Northbound lanes watch out as well, especially during the night after 7pm.
Another type of trap: Enforcers will lift the hood of one unmarked police vehicle as if it were broken down, while nearby sits a speed trap. The "broken down" vehicle is usually a decoy.
