Bewtween 1 & 4 motorcycles hiding between the closed Deli and the Arco catching southbound traffic. Giving out tickets for everything.

The cross street is Gisler (not Geisler).
The "close Deli" has been razed, and an "In-N-Out" burger shop is under
construction on the site, (where the #405 Fwy off-ramp meets Harbor Blvd.
