Southbound Loop 101 just North of SanTan 202
A DPS motorcycle officer parks his bike against the median wall in the shadow of overpass. He steps out of the shadows pointing his Lidar Gun at southbound cars, very startling since he is only a few feet out of the HOV lane. Most active in the dark, early morning hours during the week.
