Southbound on Roselle Road at Rosemont.
I was going southbound on Roselle Road, as I crossed the railroad tracks after Irving Park Road a cop pulled me over saying that I was going 15 over. There is no way i could be going that fast over the rail road tracks. It is a mouse trap. watch out people!
