This is not the Detroit Police.This is the Highland Park police patroling on Woodward Avenue.They have numerous Traffic Enforcement Vehicles along with 2 motorcycle cops.They will definitely ticket you for driving fast down Woodward Avenue in Highland Park.How do you think they pay for their police cars and motorcycles anyway?
