Southside of Ave. R Just west of 25th St. East
Motorcycle cop sits there waiting for people coming out of Palmdale High School to make a left during posted hours. Posted sign is straight ahead to the on the other side (southside of R) when pulling out of the main driveway.

How can blowing a stop sign be called a speed trap?
Imagine expecting high school kids and their parents being unaware of other cars on the road, and what the traffic laws.
