Spanaway Loop near Steele Street
White unmarked Chevy Suburben. Sits on side streets on North side of the loop just before the light where road changes to Steele Street. He told me I was caught on radar going 51 in a 40 and went to 55 when it changed to 35??? It’s easy to speed up when you finally get to the two lane after following some slowpoke going 30 on the one lane stretch of Spanaway Loop, so watch out!
