Spear Street near Quarry Hill Road
On Spear St, as you pass the UVM athletic center the Speed Limit is 35. As you head south, for the next half mile, they are waiting for people to acceleate thinking they are clear of this unduely restrictive trap.

Ahh. The speed limit here is 25. Not 35. Again it will be a UVM or a South Burlington cop.
