Had the unfortunate opportunity of traveling through this city late one eve for an emergency (family). Drove the entire city west to east at pretty much posted limit 25 mph. Being aware of such places watched my speed all the way through until I was heading out the city limits. Looking ahead saw a sign posted 45 mph so started acceleration only to be pulled over by a female cop at 1:15 am in morning.

Totally inappropriate she had got any closer we could have swapped a kiss….lol
I told her about seeing the sign and she read me riot act about it not being 45 until I was exactly at that sign. The woman was a total jerk about it……the whole city strikes me as nothing anyone with common sense wants to live in.
It’s been years now but I would not walk through this city and make a particular point of telling all my friends stay out of this berg
