Speedway Blvd between State Ave. and I-70
Cruisers sit it two positions during the morning rush. One is in the Speedway drive nearest State Ave. Line of Sight is obstructed by a house and hill. The second position is in another entrance around the corner, blocked by a grove of trees. You will not see the cruiser until you have passed the treeline. The posted speed is 40 mph, but there is no residential or commercial on this connector road, and the posted speed of State Ave. is 55 mph, and that street runs through a busy commercial area.
