Speers Rd, between 3rd & 4th Line
Industrial businesses along Speers have ample hiding spots that are often exploited. Coppers will sometimes grab a coffee at Timmies 4th/Speers and then pick a spot along Speers to write/type notes/reports. Its a 60 zone, they set radar for 15 over (75Km) (I remember from my ride-along). Theres always someone at midnight flying along at 90 or 100.
