Every morning and every afternoon; during school zones. They are either on Spinks dangerously blocking the left turn lane into SRMS but at least they are obvious, or they are in the left turn lane in front of Bluebonnet El. or they are most likely on the SRMS campus. Most recently hidden in the "small" athletics parking lot just south of the main school building.
