Sprain Brook Parkway near in resevoir parking lot
The cruiser sits in the resevoir cut thru on thr south bound side. It is a staright stretch of road the speed limit is 50 MPH. By the time you see him it is too late.

The Sprain is 55 for its entire length, until you get near the Bronx River Parkway. It probably could be 65.
